JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. is inviting eligible and qualified meter taxi transport service providers to provide reliable local taxi transportation services for official business activities within and around Addis Ababa.

Call for bids for Local Taxi Transportation Services

JSI is dedicated to strengthening health and education systems to improve the lives of individuals, families, and communities. JSI would like to invite interested, eligible, and qualified meter taxi transport service providers to participate in the selection process for a reliable local taxi transportation service to support official business activities within and around Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Requirements

Service providers will be evaluated based on:

• Valid and renewed legal registration and business license.
• Relevant corporate transportation experience, preferably in international NGO, UN, and relevant organizations, etc.)
• Fleet availability and operational capacity, attach relevant Title certificates
• Driver qualifications and safety record.
• Ability and willingness to extend credit facilities for services provided under the contract.
• Competitive pricing and client references
• At least three references from similar clients with official letterhead.
• Any additional supporting demonstrating documents the company's technical qualifications and capacity.

**Qualified Service Providers meeting the above criteria are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals, in hard copy sealed envelopes, before July 13, 2026, 05:30 pm.
