Bole Printing PLC invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of white bank 45 GSM 82 CM

Accordingly,

1. Bidders can collect bid documents from Bole Printing PLC, Procurement office during working hours against Payment of non-refundable birr 200 (Birr two hundred only).

2. Bids shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes in 45 consecutive days starting from 2nd day of announcement on the newspaper & shall be submitted during working days Monday - Friday from 8:00 A.M-5:00 P.M.

3. Bids must be accompanied by 2% of their total offer for bid security in the form or Bank guarantee, insurance guarantee, or certified cheque by the name of Bole Printing PLC.

4. The tender will be closed & opened on the 45 day in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 9:00 A.M & 9:30 A.M Respectively.

Bidders should attach copies of renewed license, ministry of finance supplier registration certificate, recommendation letter from inland revenue & VAT registration certificate.

5. Bole Printing PLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
