Oromia Forest and wild life enterprise (OFWE) would like to appoint an external auditors to undertake auditing consolidated accounts of the head office and its 9 branches namely Arsi, Bale, Borana-gujii, Finfinnee, Hararge Shagger, Wellega, Jimma, and Ilu-Ababor branches for 2018 Ethiopian budget year and that may be extended for the next two years on mutual agreement. The accounts of the enterprise are closed based on International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) schemes/ systems.

Now, therefore:

1. Firms who are authorized and have a certificate from Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia to conduct auditing based IFRS systems, who are able to provide renewed Trade License for 2018 E.C, VAT Registration certificate, TIN No. and tax clearance certificate from the concerned authority can participate in the BID.

2. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased starting from the date of this announcement in "The Ethiopian Herald' until July 22, 2026 (ሀምሌ 15/2018 አ.ም.) 10:00 A.M. up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) during working hours from OFWE's Finance, Procurement and Property Administration directorate 4th floor, room No. 402.

3. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security of birr 20,000.00 (twenty thousand) amount in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.

4. Bid Proposal (both Technical & Financial Proposal) shall be submitted on/ or before July 22, 2026 (ሀምሌ 15/2018 አ.ም.) 10:00 A.M. And the bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30 A.M OFWE's Head Office.

5. Late bidders will be rejected and returned unopened.

6. Oromia Forest and Wildlife Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids fully or partially.
