የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ዛክ ኢትዮጵያ ማምረቻና ንግድ ኃ/የተ/የግ/ማህበር ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ያገለገሉ እቃዎች ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። በመሆኑም ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች ለተዘረዘሩት ዕቃዎች መወዳደር ይችላሉ።

ማሳሰቢያ፦

1.ተጫራቹ በዘርፉ የታደሰ እና በሥራ ላይ ያለ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ አለበት።.

2.ተጫራቹ በቆሻሻ መልሶ መጠቀም (Waste Recycling) ሥራ ላይ በተግባር የተሰማራ መሆን አለበት፤ ከድርጅቱ የሚረከበውን ቆሻሻም ለዚሁ ዓላማ ብቻ መጠቀም ይገባዋል። ለማንኛውም ሶስተኛ ወገን ማስተላለፍ፣ መሸጥ ወይም በሌላ መንገድ ማስተላለፍ ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ሲሆን፣ ይህንን መስፈርት መጣስ የጨረታ ውድቅ ወይም የውል ስረዛ ያስከትላል።

3.ተጫራቹ በሚመለከተው የአካባቢ ጥበቃ ባለስልጣን (Environmental Protection Authority/EPA) የተሰጠ ሕጋዊ እና በሥራ ላይ ያለ የቆሻሻ አወጋገድ ወይም የመልሶ መጠቀም (Recycling) የብቃት ማረጋገጫ (Certificate of Competency) ማቅረብ አለበት።

4.ተጫራቹ ሕጋዊ እና በሥራ ላይ ያለ የታክስ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) ሰርተፊኬት፣ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ እና ከሥራው ጋር ተያያዥነት ያላቸውን ሌሎች አስፈላጊ ፈቃዶችና የብቃት ማረጋገጫዎች ማቅረብ አለበት።

5.አሸናፊው ተጫራች ወይም ገዥው የአካባቢ፣ የጤና፣ የደህንነት እና የማህበራዊ (EHSS) መስፈርቶችን እንዲሁም ተፈጻሚ ሕጎችንና ደንቦችን በሙሉ ለማክበር የሚያስገድድ መደበኛ የውል ስምምነት ለመፈራረም ፈቃደኛ መሆን አለበት።

6.በተጨማሪም አሸናፊው ድርጅት የመልሶ መጠቀም ሥራውን የሚያከናውንበትን ተቋም/ቦታ በማንኛውም አስፈላጊ ጊዜ ድርጅቱ የራሱን ኦዲተሮች (disposal committee) በመላክ እንዲጎበኙና እንዲያረጋግጡ የሚፈቅድ የውል ስምምነት መፈራረም አለበት።

7.አሸናፊው ድርጅት የተረከበውን ቆሻሻ በአግባቡ ለመልሶ መጠቀም (Recycling) ወይም ለተፈቀደ ግብዓት ማዋሉን የሚያሳይ ዝርዝር ሪፖርት በየወቅቱ አዘጋጅቶ ለድርጅቱ ማቅረብ አለበት።

8.ተጫራቾች ቃሊቲ በሚገኘው ዛክ ኢትዮጵያ ማምረቻና ንግድ /የተ/የግ/ማህበር ከሐምሌ 2 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ ሐምሌ 18 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ባሉት ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት የዕቃዎቹን በማየት የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ 200 (ሁለት መቶ) ብር በመክፈል መግዛት አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ለተዘረዘሩት ዕቃዎች የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ጨምሮ በመሙላት፣ ሰነዱን በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ በማድረግ በተጠቀሰው የጨረታ መዝጊያ ቀንና ሰዓት ውስጥ በቃሊቲ በሚገኘው ዛክ ኢትዮጵያ ማምረቻና ንግድ /የተ/የግ/ማህበር ማስገባት አለባቸው።

9.ጨረታው ሐምሌ 20, 2018 ዓ.ም ከሰአት 9 ሰዓት ቦሌ ኖህ ሀንፃ 12ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው ዋና መ/ቤት ተጫራቾች በተገኙበት ይከፈታል።

10.ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ በጨረታው አይገደድም።

Tender notice

ZAK Ethiopia Manufacturing and Trading PLC want to sell the following items. Therefore, bidders can bid for the items listed below.

Note:

1.The bidder must submit a renewed and currently valid business license in the sector.

2.The bidder must be actively engaged in waste recycling processing and use inputs exclusively for this purpose; transfer to third parties is prohibited and will result in bid or contract cancellation.

3.The bidder must provide a valid Waste Disposal or Recycling Certificate of Competency issued by the relevant Environmental Protection Authority/EPA.

4.The bidder must hold a current, valid TIN certificate, business license with proper renewal and other relevant licenses/certificates.

5.The bid winner or buyer must be willing to sign a formal commitment agreement to responsible Environmental, Health, Safety and Social (EHSS) practices, adhering to applicable laws and standards.

6.In addition, the winning bidder must sign a contractual agreement allowing the company, at any necessary time, to send its auditors (Disposal Committee) to inspect and verify the facility or location where the recycling activities are carried out.

7.The winning bidder must prepare and submit periodic reports demonstrating that the received waste is properly utilized for recycling or for an approved purpose, and submit them to the company on a regular basis.

8.Bidders can visit the items at ZAK Ethiopia Manufacturing and Trading PLC, located in Kality, from July 9, 2026, to July 25, 2026, during consecutive working days. During the same period, bidders shall purchase the bid document by paying a non-refundable ETB 200 (Two Hundred Birr). After completing the bid document by quoting prices for the listed items, inclusive of VAT, bidders shall seal the completed bid document in a wax-sealed envelope and submit it to ZAK Ethiopia Manufacturing and Trading PLC on or before the bid submission deadline specified in the tender document.

9.The auction will be opened on July 27, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the, presence of the bidders at the main office located on the 11th floor of Bole Noah Building.

10.If the Company gets a better opportunity other than the bid, the Company can take that opportunity, or the bid is open so that the Company may take another better opportunity than the bid.
