INVITATION FOR BIDS TO DISPOSE USED VEHICLES CONTRACT IDENTIFICATION NO: ENTRO/AD/01/26

1. The Eastern Nile Technical Regional Office (ENTRO) headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, hereby is adverting to dispose used vehicles as per the categorization and condition mentioned in the bid document.

2. Interested bidders can obtain the bid document containing the list of vehicles by physically appearing at the ENTRO address specified below until August 12,2026 2:30 PM Local time with a payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1000 (One Thousand Ethiopian Birr).

3. Interested Bidders may obtain further information and can inspect the vehicles contained in the list of assets for disposal at ENTRO in the prescribed address below on working days during working hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

4. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelope at the address specified below and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (1/4 or 25% of the Bid Amount) in the form of CPO on or before 3:00 PM August 12th, 2026.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 3:30 PM August 12th, 2026, at ENTRO in Blue Nile Conference Hall.

6. Late bid submission will not be accepted.

7. Successful bidder will not be allowed to collect the purchased asset/vehicles prior to payment which will be effected in cash or guaranteed bank cheque.

8. Assets (Vehicles) purchased shall be collected from ENTRO compound withi Seven (7) days after payment.

9. The Eastern Nile Technical Regional Office (ENTRO) reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.
