Terms and Conditions

1. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ Modjo Customs Branch Office/የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል። 2. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል። 3. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል። 4. የዉሃዉ ሳምፕል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ቀደም ብሎ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል። ሆኖ ግን ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድቅ ይደርጋል። 5. አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዉሃዉን በእራሱ ትራንስፖርት መኪና በማጓጓዝ እና የጫኝ እና የአዉራጅ ሙሉ ክፍያንም በእራሱ በመክፈል ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት እቃ ግምጃ ቤት ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል። 6. በጨረታዉ ላይ የቀረበዉ የዉሃ ብዛት ለአንድ አመት ዉስጥ በየ15 ቀናት ወይም በየወሩ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ትዕዛዝ ሲስጥ የሚቀርብ ይሆናል። 7. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
