Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties for contracts completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3; (It must include the amount of experience in Ethiopian Birr as per the requirement, and list the publication type (the items such as publication of brochure, notebook, etc) done by the company)

Printing quality must be clear, durable, and professional. Materials should comply with the project visibility and communication guidelines attached in this document. Supplier shall provide samples before mass production. The delivery time for each item varies; PPS can coordinate the priority of each item with the winning supplier. Delivery shall include packaging and transportation to the designated location. Use attachments in the Design Document and Drawing section to align your work with FPPS branding standards and EU emblem rules. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ናሙና እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል በአገልግሎቱ የግዥና ፋይናንስ ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ 1 ሰዓት በፊት ወይም በተዘጋ በ1 ሰዓት (60 ደቂቃ) ውስጥ private key ማጋራት ይኖርባቸዋል።
