Dugda Children’s & Family Charitable Organization, in partnership with ChildFund and ISHDO, invites bids for the supply of scholastic materials for 2,926 vulnerable children.

Invitation of Bid

Dugda Children’s & Family Charitable Organization is a partner of ChildFund  and ISHDO  needs to Purchase Scholastic materials for  about 2,926  Targeted Vulnerable children. The quantity of a Scholastic Materials are about 23,392  Pieces  of Single line 50 sheet  SINARLINE  Exercise Books Double Plastic Cover  made in Indonesia , about 5,848 pieces of  Original Kenya BIC pen  and  about 153  Standard School bag for preschool children

Therefore, the office wants to invite potential venders that can supply the above   Scholastic materials.  Bidders who fulfill all the requirements stated beneath here will be eligible to complete for the financial offer.

1. Valid trade license and renewed for the fiscal year
2. Certificates of VAT and Tax payers Identification number.
3. Price quotation that includes the one week time to supply it from your stoke.
4. Past performance support letter at least two
5. Official Receipt

Considering the above scholastic materials, your company is kindly invited to submit sealed price quotation, as per the specification provided to Dugda children’s and family charitable organization office within 7 working days as of this announcement/including the advertisement working day

Sealed bids must be returned to Dugda CFCO Bid Box on the 8th working day immediately after the closing date of this advertisement at 4:30 Local Time (Morning). The bid document should include CPO birr 50,000.00. Bids will be opened on the same date 8th working day at  5:00 Local time (Morning time) in the presence of  bidders or  their representative who delegated to attend on the bid.

The employer will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by bidders in the connection with preparation and delivery of bids.

The bid winner will be responsible for transportation, loading and  unloading cost up to  deliver to  Dugda CFCO main office  of Meki town.

Bids will be evaluated in the accordance and the procedure set out in the instructions included in this bid credential documents, all bidders are requested to adhere to the instructions carefully. Failure to do so may result in rejection of offers. Please use your Performa form as below criteria.

Payment Modality is after delivery of required Scholastic Materials to DCFCO store

NB: Stamp, Name of Bidder, signature and Stamped Sample of each Scholastics Materials are required.
