1. Overview
TechnoServe Ethiopia invites Expressions of Interest from qualified, legally licensed auctioneering firms or asset disposal/sell agents to manage and execute a competitive public auction for six (6) used Toyota Hilux Double Cab vehicles.
2. Scope of Work
The selected agent/firm will manage the end-to-end auction process, including:
Event & Site Management: Organizing vehicle display areas for public inspection and conducting the live bidding event.
Marketing & Promotion: Advertising the auction across appropriate channels to maximize bidder participation.
Legal Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with Ethiopian legal frameworks and TechnoServe's internal disposal /sell guidelines.
3. Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must submit the following documents via email:
1. Company Profile: Outlining relevant experience in managing automotive or asset auctions.
2. Legal Credentials: Valid Business License, TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Fee Structure: A detailed breakdown of your proposed commission rate or service fee structure.
