Supply and Delivery of Foldable Client/Patient Card Storage Boxes
Willows International Ethiopia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of 7,000 foldable client/patient card storage boxes in two different sizes.
The boxes will be used for organizing and storing client/patient cards and related health records at health facilities.
The required boxes shall meet the following minimum technical requirements:
Technical Specifications
- Made from durable, high-quality, non-plastic materials, preferably reinforced cardboard, corrugated board, or other environmentally friendly and durable materials.
- Foldable and supplied in a flat-pack format to facilitate easy transportation, storage, and handling.
- Designed with an open-front or angled-front structure similar to the sample design provided.
- Strong enough to withstand frequent handling and regular use in health facilities.
- Easy to assemble without requiring specialized tools.
- Properly finished with clean edges and no sharp or hazardous parts.
- Suitable for organizing and storing client/patient cards and related health records.
- Suppliers shall provide samples or prototypes for technical review and approval prior to bulk production.
- Printing, labeling, or branding requirements may be included based on the final approved specifications.

Interested and eligible suppliers are invited to obtain the detailed bid document and submit their technical and financial proposals within the deadline indicated in the bid announcement.
Willows International Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
Additional Bid Requirements
Interested suppliers shall provide the following information as part of their submission:
- Company profile and relevant experience in manufacturing or supplying similar products.
- Technical specifications of the proposed materials and production process.
- Sample/prototype of the proposed box design for evaluation.
- Financial quotation, including all applicable costs for production and delivery.
- Proposed delivery timeline.
Willows International Ethiopia reserves the right to request clarification, negotiate with responsive bidders, or reject any or all bids in accordance with its procurement procedures.
Interested and eligible bidders are invited to submit their sealed bids to the Willows International Ethiopia Office located at: Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 9, Flamingo Area, Minaye Office Park, 5th Floor
Bidders are required to submit separate sealed envelopes containing their technical proposal and financial proposal. All required supporting documents, as specified in the bidding requirements, must also be included.
Bid Submission and Opening Schedule
The bid submission period will remain open for six (6) consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of bid announcement on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, and closing on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
The bid opening will take place on the same day at 2:00 PM.
Bidders are required to submit their offers, consisting of separate technical and financial proposals/price schedules, in sealed envelopes in accordance with the bid specifications provided in the bid document. The bid opening will be conducted in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives.
Willows International Ethiopia reserves the right to request additional information from prospective bidders and to reject any or all bids that do not meet the minimum requirements. Willows International Ethiopia also reserves the right to reject bids when deemed to be in the best interest of the organization and/or the communities it serves, without incurring any liability.
