2. The bid document shall be obtained commencing from August 10, 2026 by the following option. You can access the Bid document and mini user manual online from https://extratenders.com.

You can also access the bid document and mini user manual by logging into i-supplier Portal and inserting the below listed RFI number online from https://combanketh.et/supplierportal .

3. Bidders shall be quite sure to state their direct line number, cell phone number and e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting bid documents. Failure in receipt of bid communications due to incorrectness of the above will not be the responsibility of the Bank.

4. The response for the bid should be submitted online through i-supplier portal on or before September 08, 2026 at 09:30AM

5. Bid opening shall be held through system on September 08, 2026 at 10.00 A.M.

7. Failure to comply any of the conditions from (2) to (6) above shall result in automatic rejection.

8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
