Elsabi Micro Finance Institution (EMFI) is inviting eligible certified audit firms registered under AABE to submit technical and financial proposals to audit its financial records for a three-year period from June 30, 2027, to June 30, 2029.

EXTERNAL AUDIT FIRM BID
Elsabi Micro Finance Institution S. Co. (EMFI) established in 2022 and received its micro financing business license from the National Bank of Ethiopia on June 8, 2022. Its vision is destined to be the leading financial service provider to unbanked segment of the society using state of the art technologies in Africa.
EMFI operates in Addis Ababa with three branches and additional one branch outside the city located in Adama. EMFI would like to invites eligible certified audit firms, registered under AABE who meet the criteria Public Auditor set by the AABE Directive No 1096/2025 to undertake audit its financial records for three years starting from June 30, 2027 to June 30, 2029.
Interested Audit Firms should submit their technical and financial proposal which includes
- Audit firm profile and staff composition including principal partner
- Previous audit experience with Micro Finance Institution on IFRS based
- Renewed license for the current period
- VAT registration and TIN certificate
- Estimated time frame for audit work
- Other relevant information for the audit work
Deliverables
Both technical and financial proposal should be submitted to Elsabi Micro Finance Institution up to 22 July 2026.
