Call to purchase Audit & Consultancy services
Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) is a national non- governmental organization established in June 2006. The organization operates in four regions of Ethiopia, namely Somali, Oromia, Afar, and South Ethiopia Regions, with the mission of improving and strengthening the resilience and capacities of pastoralist and agro-pastoralist communities through development, emergency response, and peacebuilding interventions.
Currently, PAPDA is seeking Audit & Consultancy services from qualified and legally registered services firms indicated below.
1. Procurement of Audit services
PAPDA invites an eligible audit firm to audit the organization's one-year accounts from January 1st to December 31st, 2026 Only Competent and certified Auditors, who are also authorized by AABE and are on the list of the FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) and who fulfill the following requirements, are invited to submit their proposals. TIN & VAT Registration Certificate, valid and renewed commercial registration and business license. Well-organized organizational profile consisting of audit experience in general and NGOs in particular, staff composition, and other useful information.
Note that the aforementioned audit will be done in accordance with IPSAS. The TOR is available on the website.
2. For Endline Evaluation and Learning Documentation for Project no KOMN- JFY8-9E:
PAPDA also invites consultants for Endline Evaluation and Learning Documentation for Gavi CSO Integrated Immunization and Community Health Project No. KOMN- JFY8-9E, 19 target woredas, Liben, Afder and Doollo zones, Somali Region, Ethiopia. The ToR is available on the website.
PAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions.

Submission Deadline: All submissions must be received within seven (7) consecutive calendar days from the date of this official announcement.
Submission Mode: Proposals must be submitted separately for each lot in PDF format.
