Tender Requirements

1. Completed and Signed Tender document.

2. Competitive bids must comply with the technical specifications & requirements stated above.

3. Eligibility Documents - Valid Business License of 2018 E.C, VAT, Taxpayers' Certificate, Import certificates and relevant certificates.

4. All bidders should submit CPO amounting to 2% of the total bid amount in ETB as per the exchange rate of the date of submission, calculated per lot for total quantities in the name of Cordaid ONLY. No bid bond/ bank guarantee is accepted.

Delivery place and validity

Delivery place: Cordaid Ethiopia Country Office.

Availability: Immediate from stock is advantageous.

Validity: Price quoted should be valid for not less than 60 days.
