Qualification Requirements

• የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ የሚጠየቅበት ተጫራች ሆኖ ሲገኝ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሲችል ፣Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ሠ)
• ታክስ የተከፈለበት ሰርቲፊኬት በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (iii) መሠረት በሚመለከተው አካል የተሰጠ የወቅቱን ግብር የተወጣ ስለመሆኑ የሚያሳይ ታክስ የከፈለበትን ሰርቲፊኬት ከታክስ ባለሥልጣን ማቅረብ ሲችል፣ Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ረ)
• የኤክሳይዝ ታክስ ምዝገባ እና ታክሱ የተከፈለበት ሰርተፍኬት የኤክሳይዝ ታክስ የሚከፈልባቸው ምርቶች ሲሆኑ የኤክሳይዝ ታክስ ምዝገባ እና ታክሱ የተከፈለበት ሰርተፍኬት ከታክስ ባለስልጣን ማቅረብ ሲችል  Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ሰ)
• የጥቅም ግጭት በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.3 መሠረት ተጫራቹ የጥቅም ግጭት የሌለበት መሆኑ ሲታወቅ፣ Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ለ)
• ዜግነት በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.2 መሠረት ተጫራቹ ዜግነት ካለው  Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ሀ)
• የንግድ ፈቃድ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (i) መሠረት ተጫራቹ ከሥራው ጋር አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሲችል ፣  Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ሐ)
