 ማሳሰቢያ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ ስታሰሩ ለ ፌደራል ፖሊስ ወንጀል መከላከል ጠቅላይ መምሪያ/To federal police crime prevention directive በሚል እንዲታደሩ ስንል እንገልፃለን፡፤ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ መጠን 50,00.00 አምሳ ሺህ ብር  ተጫራቶች ስትጫረቱ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ወይም ቢድቦንድ ኦርጅናሉ በአካል እንድት አመጡና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ኮፒ በማድረግ በስስትም በኩል አታች እንድት አደርጉ እናሳስባለን፡፡  ተጫራቶች ስት ጫረቱት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ወይም ቢድቦንድ ኦርጅናሉ ለመ/ቱ ካላቀረባች ከጨረታዉ ውድድር ውድቅ እንደምትሆኑ ከወዲሑ እናሳስባለን፡፡  `ያአቀረባቹ ናሙናዉች ከተጠቃሚ ክፍሎች የተወከሉ የመጡ ናሙና መራጮች በአይን እይታና በእጅ በመዳሰስ አሸናፊና ተሸናፊ የሚለይ ይሆናል ፡፡  ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት የተጠበቀ ነው  ለምትጫረቱበት ለእያንዳንዱ ዕቃ ጨረታው ከመከፈት አስቀዲማቸሁ ናሙና ማቅረብ አለባችሁ፡፡  አድራሻ አፍሪካ ህብረት አጠገብ ሶደሬ ሪዞርት ሆቴል አጠገብ የሚገኘው ህንፃ 4 አድራሻ ፡ አፍርካ ህብረት ፊት ለፊት ሶደረ ሆቴል አጠገብ የሚገኘዉ ህንፃ 4ኛ ፎቅ
