Audit SERVICES-FIRMS SELECTION
Bid No:- 002/2018

Gumbi Grain Organization need to Audit services for year 2018-2020. The Organization hereby invites bidders who meet the following criteria to submit their bid documents and technical evaluation documents.

Therefore, bidders must:

1. Have obtained and renewed their professional qualification certificate from the relevant authority;

2. Have paid the current taxes and are registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and can provide a registration certificate to participate in the bid;

3. Can provide evidence that similar organizations have previously deployed in similar services;

4. The bidders must submit the following criteria to compete in the bid:

a) The period of operation of the organization and the number of professionals it has;

b) The number of professionals it will employ; their educational level and work experiences;

c) The number of days from the date of signing the contract to commence the work;

d) The time frame for completion of the work;

e) The total price to be paid including VAT;

5. The Original and copies of the financial and technical proposal documents must be enclosed separately;

6. The bid security must be in the form of a bank certified check (CPO) of Birr 20,000 (fifty thousand birr); Bid document will be delivered after payment deposit on GGO bank account of 1,000birr only.

7. The bid shall remain open for 10 (ten) working days from the date of announcement by news paper and shall be closed on the on the 10th day at 8:00 PM and opened on the same day at 8:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The absence of bidders shall not prevent the opening of the bid. If the all invited bidders submit before opening date or if bidders give witness as if they are not submit, the bid will open without waiting up to end of flotation date.

8. The Organization reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part if it finds a better solution.
