• 4.Manufacturer AuthorizationFormal backing from the manufacturer to sell, register, and support the specific items in Ethiopia.Valid Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) issued directly by Fortinet.Reference: 004
• 8.Execution CapabilityAll license activation, registration, and administrative verification must be fully handled directly by the bidder.Written declaration of commitment signed by an authorized signatory.Reference: 008
