አስተዳደሩ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ዕቃዎች ናሙና (ሳምፕል) ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት በአስተዳደሩ ንብረት ክፍል ዋና እና በተመሳሳይ ጊዜ ለግዥ ዳይሬክቶሬት ገቢ ያደረጉበትን ቅጂ(ኮፒ)ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
