1.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee) በአካል የግዥ እና ፋይናንስ መምሪያ ቢሮ ድረስ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ቀደም ብሎ ማምጣት አለባችሁ እንዲሁም ዋስትናውን ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 2..የምጠገኑት የመታወቂያ ህትመት ማሽኖች እና ፎቶ ኮፒ ጥገና አገልግሎት የሚገኘው ሜክሲኮ የኢት/ፌ/ፖሊስ ዋና መ/ቤት ውስጥ እና ሳሪስ የሚገኘው ሎጅስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ ውስጥ ያሉ በመሆናቸው ጨረታው አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ የስራ ቀናት በአካል በመገኘት ማየት(site visit) መድረግ ይችላሉ፡፡ 3.በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን የመታወቂያ ህትመት ማሽኖች እና ፎቶ ኮፒ ማሽን ጥገና ሜክስኮ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት እና ሳሪስ የሚገኘው ሎጅስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ ውስጥ ገጠማ የሚደረግበት መሆኑን አውቃችሁ መወዳደር ይኖርባችኋል፡፡ 4.ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩበት፡- የመታወቂያ ህትመት ማሽኖች እና ፎቶ ኮፒ ጥገና ግዥ ለተበለሹት ማሽኖች የሚያስፈልጉትን መለዋወጫ ዕቃዎች በራሳቹ የሚታቀርቡ መሆኑን አውቃችሁ ዋጋ መስጠት ይኖርባችኋል፡፡ 5.ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡
