ማሳሰቢያ፤ መስሪያ ቤታችን የኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለ 2018 በጀት አመት የተለያዩ የጽህፈት መሳሪያ ግልጽ ጨረታ ለመግዛት በወጣው ግልጽ ጨረታ ላይ ለሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች የሚከተለትን ነገሮች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 1) አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን የተለያዩ የጽህፈት መሳሪያ ግልጽ ጨረታ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ሰንዳፋ ከተማ የኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 2) ተጫራቾች በሁኔታ ሊይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee) ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር 08 በአካል ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ይህን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ስካን በማድረግ በE-GP ሲስተም ሊይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 3) ድርጅቶች ለመወዳደሪያነት የምታቀርቡትን ናሙና አይነቱን በመጥቀስ በጨረታ ሰነዱ (specific requirement) ውስጥ በተቀመጠው የናሙና ማስረከቢያ ፎርም ላይ በመሙላት ማቅረብ አለባችሁ ፤ካልሆነ የማናስተናግዳችሁ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡ 4) ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪኮድ ሸር ያላደረገ ተጫራች በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 5) አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርበው የተለያዩ የጽህፈት መሳሪያ ግልጽ ጨረታጥራት ያለው መሆን አለበት፡፡ አንዳንድ እቃዎች የተለየ መገለጫ ስላላቸው ቴክኒካል ስፔካቸውን ማየት ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 6) ከጥቃቅንና አነስታኛ ተቋም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ የምታመጡ ድርጅቶች የምታመጡት ደብዳቤ በ2017ዓ.ም በወጣው የግዥ መመረያ መሰረት ከአደራጃችሁ ተቋም በትክክል የተጻፈ፣ የግንኙነት አድራሻ ያለው፣ በደብዳቤው ላይ የጨረታው አይነት /የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥሩ/ እና የገንዘቡ መጠን መገለጽ አለበት፡፡ 7) ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ድርጅቶች የጨረታ መተማመኛ ቅጽ specific requirement ላይ በፒዲኤፍ ስላስቀመጥን ቅጹን እንደ አንድ ህጋዊ ሰነድ /legal document/ ሞልታችሁ እንድታቀርቡ እናሳስባለን፡፡ 8) መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለዉ፡፡ የአት/ፖሊ/ዩኒ/ በ2019 በጀት አመት ከተለያዩ ተጫራቾች የእቃ መረከቢያ ፎርም ተ.ቁ የእቃ አይነት ሞዴል ብራንድ መለኪያ ብዛት ምረመራ 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 19. 20. የአስረካቢ ድርጅት ስም----------------- የተረካቢ ስም-------------------------- ፈርማ--------------------- ፈርማ--------------------------
