CALL FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Shayashone Trading PLC (SYS) invites qualified and licensed audit firms to submit proposals for the audit of the Africa Health Collaborative - Addis Ababa University (AHC-AAU) Project for the financial reporting period ending December 31, 2025.

Minimum eligibility requirements include:

1. Valid and renewed business license and tax clearance certificate

2. Valid audit firm license/registration issued by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)

3. A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant audit experience

4. Proven experience in auditing donor-funded projects

5. Valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)

6. Valid VAT registration certificate and other required statutory registrations

Interested firms that meet the above requirements may request the full Terms of Reference (TOR) by email at [email protected] starting August 23, 2026

Proposals must be submitted within seven (7) working days from the date of publication of this notice, no later than August 31, 2026, at 2:30 PM.

Detailed qualification requirements, proposal submission instructions, scope of work, evaluation criteria, and other conditions are provided in the TOR.
