Terms and Conditions

1.የጨረታ ማስከበረያ በEthiopian Customs Commissions Modjo Customs Branch Office /የጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ካአደራጀዉ መ/ቤት የገንዘቡ መጠን ተጠቅሶ እና በሚመለከተዉ የመስሪያ ቤቱ በበላይ አመራር ተፈርሞ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡የገንዘቡ መጠን ያልተጠቀሰ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት አይኖረዉም፡፡ 3. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 4. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ እና የእቃ ናሙና/ሳምፕል ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ቡድን 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 5. አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዉ ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል፡፡ 6. የእቃ ናሙና/ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ወደ ቀጣይ ውድድር አያልፍም፡፡ 7. 70% በላይ የሆነ ሱፍና ፖሊስተር ጥምርታ ባለው ጥቁር ሰማያዊ ብትን ጨርቅ(የወንድ) እና 70% በላይ የሆነ ሱፍ፤4+ ስፓንዴክስ እና ፖሊስተር ጥምርታ ባለው ብትን ጨርቅ(የሴት) የሚወዳደር ተጫራች ከጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን በፊት 2*2 ሜትር የሆነ ብትን ጨርቅ ናሙና ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 8. 70% በላይ የሆነ ሱፍና ፖሊስተር ጥምርታ ባለው ጥቁር ሰማያዊ ብትን ጨርቅ(የወንድ) እና 70% በላይ የሆነ ሱፍ፤4+ ስፓንዴክስ እና ፖሊስተር ጥምርታ ባለው ብትን ጨርቅ(የሴት) የሚወዳደር ተጫራች የወንድ ወይም የሴት ለብቻ መዉዳደር አይቻልም፤ የወንድ/የሴት ለብቻ ናሙና ያመጣ ወይም ዋጋ የሞላ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ዉጪ ይደረጋል፡፡ 9. 70% በላይ የሆነ ሱፍና ፖሊስተር ጥምርታ ባለው ጥቁር ሰማያዊ ብትን ጨርቅ(የወንድ) እና 70% በላይ የሆነ ሱፍ፤4+ ስፓንዴክስ እና ፖሊስተር ጥምርታ ባለው ብትን ጨርቅ(የሴት) ተወዳድሮ አሸናፊ የሆነ ተጫራች የሱፉን ጨርቅ በእራሱ ወጪ 3.5ሜትር፤7ሜትር፤5.5 ሜትር እና 11 ሜትር ቅ/ጽ/ቤታችን በሚሰጠዉ ልክ ቆራርጦ ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 10.የወንዶች ከረቫት እና የሴቶች ስካርቭ ቅ/ጽ/ቤታችን በአቀረበዉ ናሙና መሠረት መሆን ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ናሙናዉን ሞጆ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ወይም አዲስ አበባ ዋናዉ መ/ቤት ማየት ይቻላል፡፡ 11. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም ከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
