መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲያሰሩ በአዳማ ጉምሩክ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ስም በማሰራት ማቅረብ ይኖረባቸዋል፡፡ በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ስም ተዘጋጅቶ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ስም ካዘጋጁ በኋላ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን በአካል የማቅረብ እና ሲስተም ላይ የማያያዝ/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡እንዲሁም ናሙናዉን በተመለከት ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል ፡፡ NB:- ተራ ቁጥር 37 ላይ ያለዉ አንሶላ ከጥጥ የተሰራ 1.20 አልጋ የሚሆን የሚለዉ መለካዉ በpair የሚለዉ በቁጥር ተቢሎ ይስተካከል፡፡
