ማሳሠቢያ፡- - አካዳሚው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ - ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አስቀድመው ከአንድ ቀን በፊት የተመረተናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡ - ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ብቻ አሰርተው ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው - ማነኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው በተከፈተበት ቀን ብቻ ኪ ሼር ማስገባት ግዴታ አለባቸው በእለቱ ኪ ሼር ያላደረገ ተጫራች ከጨረታው ውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል፡፡ -የሰልጣኝ ቲሸርት፣የተለያዩ ማልያና ቁምጣዎች፣የቴኳንዶ ዩኒፎርም፣የተለያዩ ካሰቶኒ/ገምባሌ በሀገር ውስጥ ምርት የተመረቱ ለሀገር ውስጥ አምራች ተጫራቾች ናሙና ማቅርብ አለባቸው፡
