Qualification Requirements

• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• valid excise tax registration certificate For procurements of goods and services subject to excise tax, to submit a valid excise tax registration certificate;  Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2
• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• supplier list Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7 Reference: ITB 35.2

Terms and Conditions

1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።) 2. Bidders are required to provide CPO or a bank guarantee of 50,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 50,000 ብር ሲፒኦ ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡) 3. Allow Bidders to share the key only within one hour after the submission deadline.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥራቸውን ማጋራት የሚችሉት የመጨረሻው የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ ካለፈ በኋላ ባለው አንድ ሰዓት ውስጥ ብቻ ነው።) 4. The Awarding organization is obligated to deliver all awarded items to the university using its own transportation. (አቅራቢዎች ያሸነፏቸውን እቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ዩኒቨርሲቲው ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባችው።) 5. We hereby state that any bidder who wins but fails to submit the required offer will be barred from participating in future tenders, and we will file a complaint against them with the Ethiopian Federal Public Procurement and Property Authority.(ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸንፎ የማያቀርብ ከሆነ፣ ለወደፊቱ በሚወጡ ጨረታዎች የማይሳተፍ እና ለግዥ ባለስልጣን ክስ የምናቀርብ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡)
