 ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው አዲስ አበባ ኮሪያ ዘማቾች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው በዩኒቨርሲቲው የማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ባሌ ሮቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።  ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት ለእያንዳንዱ የእቃ ናሙና (Item Sample) ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።  አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ባሌ ሮቤ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት።
