መስሪያ ቤታችን ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ዋጋ ከመስጠቱ በፊት ለሁሉም ህትመቶች ናሙና (ሳምፕል) የተዘጋጀ በመሆኑ ናሙናወቹን (ሳምፕሎቹን) በአካል መስሪያ ቤታችን በመምታት የግዥ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 511 በአካል ማየት ይቻላል፡፡ እንዲሁም በሁሉም አይተሞች ላይ ናሙና ወይም ሳምፕል መቅረብ አለበት ናሙና ወይም ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ሙሉ በሙሉ ከጨረታ ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ የራሱን የህትመት ውጤቶች በጥራት ሳምፕል ሰርቶ ማቅረብ አለበት ነገር ግን የመጣው ሳምፕል (ናሙና) የመስሪያ ቤታችን ሳምፕል ሆኖ ከተገኘ ሳምፕሉን (ናሙናውን ) ያቀረበው ድርጅት ሙሉ በሙሉ ከጨረታ ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡
