መ/ቤቱ የተሸለ አማራጫ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ሲፒኦ በመካከለኛ ቁጥር 1 ግብር ከፋዮች ቅርጫፍ መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡  ተጫራቶች ለሚወዳደሩባቸዉ እያንዳንዱ እቃ አንድ ናሙና (Sample) ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ  ጀርመን አደባባይ በሚገኘዉ ክፍያለዉ ጋሪ ህንጻ 10ኛ ፎቅ ግዥ አስተዳደር ቡድን ናሙና (Sample) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
