Somali Regional Education Bureau invites interested bidders for Procurement of under listed Bid.

1: PROCURMENT FURNITURE OF REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL BUREAU With Ref. SREB/NCB/PRO&LOG/009/2019

The Bid document shall be obtained commencing after the journal comes out from Somali Regional Education Bureau; Procurement & Property Directorate; Ground Floor Room 4 and You can access the bid document against payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 1000.00 (One Thousand only) which shall be paid of finance office of the Bureau. The bid document shall be collected during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00- 12:00pm and 2:00-5:15pm) by presenting the payment advice.

Presenting copy of renewed Trade License Valid for 2019, Tax Clearance Certificate VAT Registration Certificate and Supplier List Certificate is a Bidders who do not have any poor performance history on previous Bureau's Projects can participate in this Bid. Failure in receipt of bid communication due to incorrectness of the above will not be the responsibility of the bureau.

Bid proposal shall be accompanied by the bid bond/Earnest Money Deposit of 2% of the item contract in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or Order of (C.P.0.). Bid bond/EMD in any other form is not acceptable.

Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their legal agents who wish to attend, in the Meeting Hall of the Bureau at the day and time is specified at bid document.
