Invitation for BID (IFB) to conduct annual Audit of Lambadina Ethiopia

Lambadina Ethiopia (LE) is a federally registered Board- Led civil society organization, Addis Ababa Ethiopia, with registration number 6235, on June 1, 2022.

Key Requirements

Conducting financial audit in accordance with national and international standards; Reviewing financial statements, transactions, and compliance with applicable low and regulations;

Providing a detailed audit report; Licensed and registered in Ethiopia as an audit firm; Minimum of three years of experience in auditing civil society; Demonstrated expertise in financial management and compliance; A team of certified Auditors with relevant experience; Technical proposal, outlining audit methodology and approach; Financial proposal, including the audit fee structure; Company profile and proof of registration and CV’s of key audit personnel’s.

Submission process: Bidders must submit both technical  and financial proposals in sealed envelopes to the Lambadina Ethiopia office by September 14-24/2026, no later than 5:00 PM. Late submission will not be considered. Interested applicants can submit their Application in person at Bahir Dar Kebele 16, infront of kidane mihret church, Wanzaye Building 2nd floor, office No 233, or can send their bid documents through EMS or DHL, clearly indicating the contact phone number in their submission.
