መ/ቤቱየተሻለአማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀነዉ፡፡ የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ተጫራች ዕቃዎቹን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት በቡሌሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲን ማስተማርያ ሆስፕታል ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ አድርጎ ክፍያዉንይቀበላል፡፡ ጨረታዉ በመንግስት የግዥመመሪያ፤ህግእና ደንብ መሰረት የሚመራ ይሆናል፡የጨረታ ማስከበ ርያ ዋስትና በቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒበርስቲ ቢሮ ቁጥር123 ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ይዞ መገኝት አለበት ፡ማሳሰቢያ፡- ማንኛዉምተጫራ ችጨረታዉ በተዘጋ በ60 ደቂቃውስጥየጨረታመክፈቻሚስጥርቁጥር (Key Share) ከሲስተሙ ላይ ማስቀመጥ ወይም መሙላት አለበት፡፡ ይሄንን ካላ ስቀመጠ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል፡፡ ለተጨመሪማብራሪያ፡ስልክቁጥር፡- 0910541803
