• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2

1. የጨረታው አሸናፊዎች ዕቃዎችን ኮምቦልቻ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 2. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርቡአቸው እቃዎች ጥራታቸውን የጠበቁና ኦርጅናል መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ 3. የማንዋል ደረሰኝ ተጠቃሚዎች Unique QR Code የተካተተበት የማንዋል ደረሰኝ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ 4. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 5. አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ አቅርቦ በናሙናው መሰረት መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ በሚቀርብ የክፍያ ጥያቄ መሰረት ክፍያ የሚፈጸም መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
