Pastoralist Concern (PC) is a reputable national Civil Society Organization with over 30 years of dedicated service in Ethiopia. Therefore, PC hereby invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and competent suppliers/vendors for the Supply of various types of vehicle tyres under a long-term supply framework agreement. Bid Submission Instructions

1. Bid Validity Period: Bids must be submitted within seven (7) consecutive calendar days, from September 21, 2026, to September 27, 2026.
2. Bid Submission: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, along with a pro forma invoice and technical proposal, and deposited into the "Bid Box" located at the PC Head Office no later than 5:00 PM on September 27, 2026.
3. Bid Opening: The public bid opening ceremony will be held at the PC Head Office on September 28, 2026. Bidders or their representatives are to attend the opening ceremony not mandatory.
4. Mandatory Requirements: Bidders must include copies of the following valid documents with their bid:
   • Renewed Trade License
   • VAT Registration Certificate
   • TIN Certificate
   • Recent Tax Clearance Certificate from the concerned authority.
5. Bid Content: The bid document must clearly specify the type, trade make, country of origin, and delivery timeline for all items quoted.
6. Delivery Location: All materials must be delivered at PC Head Office, Addis Ababa Nifas Silk Lafto Sub-City, Woreda 09, Saris Adisu Sefer, Chem House, 3rd Floor, Office No. 301-307.
7. Right of Reservation: Pastoralist Concern reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in full, without providing any reason.
