Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) - Vendor Prequalification and Registration

Farm Africa is a specialist development NGO based in the UK working with smallholder farmers, forest communities, local government and private sectors across East Africa for over 35 years. We drive agricultural and environmental change to improve lives. Our strategy has three pillars: agricultural expertise, management and preservation of ecosystems, and me power of business to drive prosperity. We believe Africa has the power to feed itself and are helping make this happen by establishing and spreading the best farming and forestry techniques so that poor farmers and herders have more food to feed their families and to sell.

Farm Africa is updating its supplier database for the categories listed below. Accordingly, eligible and qualified suppliers and service providers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of the goods and services specified Interested and eligible suppliers and service providers are invited to request the Expression of Interest (EOI) document by sending an email to [email protected] during the period from September 20 to October 09, 2026.

Requirement (minimum Criteria)

1. All the legal documents (renewed Trade License, Registration, TIN, VAT/TOT certificates)

2. Submit filled Vendor Registration form that is collected from Farm Africa

3. Submit technical documents to demonstrate their area of competence

4. Provide a company profile that includes HR, Financial, and facility information

5. Any other relevant document

Interested and eligible suppliers/service providers are invited to submit their Technical Proposals electronically to [email protected] no later than October 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM

Late submissions will not be accepted and will be rejected without further consideration. Suppliers/service providers are therefore advised to ensure that their Technical Proposals are submitted before the stated deadline.

Qualified Vendors will be considered based on their responsiveness to the technical requirements and finally, those qualified vendors will be registered in the Farm Africa PQVL.

Those prequalified vendors will be invited for procurement of goods and services Farm Africa requires in the future based on the respective areas of competence applied.

Farm Africa Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all submissions at any time, without assigning any reason or reasons whatsoever...
