1. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። 2. የጨረታ ተወዳዳሪዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በኢጅፒ ስስተም አታች በማድረግ ሀርድ ኮፒውን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል በመቅረብ ማምጣት ይጠበቅባቸዋል። 3. ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ከመሙላታቸው በፊት ቦታውን በአካል ማየት ይጠበቅባቸዋል። 4. በቂ የሰው ኃይል ብዛት ከሰላሳ ሰራተኛ በላይ ያለው 5. በቂ የጽዳት ዕቃዎች ማስቀመጫ መጋዘን ያለው የተደራጀ ቢሮ ያለው፣ የሰው ሀይል፣ እቃዎችንና ቢሮን በተመለከተ በመስክ ምልከታ የምናረጋግጥ ይሆናል፣ 6. ቢያንስ ከአራት የመንግስት መ/ቤት እየሰራ ስለመሆኑ ከካምፓኒ ፕሮፋይል ጋር ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል
