• ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ለሚሰጡበት ዕቃ በሙሉ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና/Sample/ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ • አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ተጫራች ድርጅት ያሸነፋቸውን ዕቃዎች በሙሉ በሳምፕሉ/ በናሙናው መሰረት ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ • አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች በሳምፕሉ መሰረት ያልቀረቡትን ዕቃዎች ተመላሽ ተደርገው አስተካክለው ማምጣት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ • በፕሪንተር እና በፎቶ ኮፒ ማሽኖች ቀለም ላይ የሚወዳደሩ ተጫራቾች ለሚያቀርቧቸው ቀለሞች ለስድስት ወር በፅሁፍ የተረጋገጠ ዋስትና ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ • በፕሪንተር እና በፎቶ ኮፒ ማሽኖች ቀለም ለማቅረብ የምትወዳደሩ ተጫራቾች የቀለሞችን ጥራት/ኦርጅናሊቲ የምናረጋግጠው የቀረቡ ሳምፕሎችን በቅ/ፅ/ቤቱ ባለሙያዎች ሙከራ እና ፍተሻ ተደርጎ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ • ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
