ማሳሰቢያ፡ መስሪያ ቤታችን የሜ/ጄ/ሙሉጌታ ቡሊ ፖሊ ቴ/ኮሌጅ ለ2019 በጀት አመት የሚውሉ የተለያዩ አልባሳት ፣የተለያዩ ጫማዎች፣ የስፖርት ትጥቅና የፅዳት ማቴሪያሎች ፣ የተለያየ የፅህፈት መሳሪያዎች፣ አነስተኛ ዋጋ ያላቸው የቢሮ ዕቃዎች፣ የኮምፒውተር እና ተዛማጅ መለዋወጫ ዕቃዎች፣ የኤሌክትሪክ ዕቃዎች፣ የኮንስትራክሽን መሣሪያ ዕቃዎች፣ የቧንቧ ማቴሪያሎች እና የመኪና መለዋወጫ ዕቃዎች፣የኤሌክትሪክና ኤሌክትሮኒክስ ቋሚ ዕቃዎች የተለያዩ ማሽኖች ለመግዛት በወጣው ግልጽ ጨረታ ላይ ለሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች የሚከተሉትን ነገሮች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 1.አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን የተለያዩ እቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ሆለታ የሜ/ጄ/ሙሉጌታ ቡሊ ፖሊ ቴ/ኮሌጅ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 2.ተጫራቾች ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ኮሌጅ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር 05 በአካል ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን 3.ድርጅቶች ለመወዳደሪያነት (specific requairement) ውስጥ በተቀመጠውን ስፔክ ማየት ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 4.አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርበው የተለያዩ እቃዎች ጥራት ያለው መሆን አለበት፡፡ 5.ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ key code ሸር ያላደረገ ተጫራች በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያቤታችን ሀሊፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 6.ከጥቃቅንና አነስታኛ ተቋም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ የምታመጡ ድርጅቶች የምታመጡት ደብዳቤ በ2017ዓ.ም በወጣው የግዥ መመረያ መሰረት ከአደራጁ ተቋም በትክክል የተጻፈ፣ የግንኙነት አድራሻ ያለው፣በደብዳቤው ላይ የጨረታውን አይነት /የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥር/ እና የገንዘብ መጠን መገለጽ አለበት፡፡ 7.አሸናፊው ድርጅት ካሽ ሬጅስተር ማሽን /QR code ደረሰኝ ማቅረብ የምችል መሆን አለበት፡፡ 8.መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ለበለጠ መረጃ ስልክ ቁጥር 0112371140
