-ማንኛውም ተጫራች እድሳትና ጥገና የሚደረግበት ሳይቶች በአካል ቀርቦ ማየት ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ -በአካል ቀርቦ የዕድሳት ስራውን ሳይመለከት ዋጋ የሰጠ ከጨረታ ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡  -ማንኛውም ተጫራች አጠቃላይ ዋጋ የሰጠበትን ብር 2% የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ ማስያዝ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡  -አሸናፊው ተጫራች የውል ማስከበሪያ ከአጠቃላይ ሂሳብ 10% የውል ማስከበሪያ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ ማስያዝ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡  -አሸናፊው ተጫራች ስራዎችን ከአጠናቀቀበት ሰአት ጀምሮ ለ አንድ አመት ዋስትና ለመስጠት ፍቃደኛ የሆነ መሆን አለበት፡፡  -ለ አንድ አመት ዋስትና የሚሆን ከአጠቃላይ ሂሳብ ላይ ሪቴሽን 5% ተቀንሶ በፋይናንስ የሚያዝ ሲሆን ከአንድ አመት በሃላ ተመላሽ የሚደረግ መሆኑን አውቆ ፍቃደኛ የሆነ መሆን አለበት፡፡  -የበርና መስኮት ስራዎች ጥራት ያለው ማቴሪያል እና የእጅ ዋጋ ጨምሮ ለመስራት ፍቃደኛ የሆነ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡  -ጨረታውን ያወጣው መስሪያ ቤት ጨረታውን ሙሉ ለሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  -ማንናውም ተጫራች ከላይ ከተዘረዘሩት በአንደኛው ካልተስማማ ወይም ካላሟላ ከጨረታው ውጭ የሚደረግ መሆኑን ከወዲሁ እናሳውቃለን፡፡ -አሸናፊውን ተጫራች የምንለየው በሁለቱም ፕሮጀክት ድምር ዝቅተኛ ዋጋ ይሆናል፡፡
