Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium (MSF-OCB) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training related to the following projects:

Project Scope

1. Emergency block - Alamata Generator Hospital Inverter charger and battery backup system.

2. NICU Ward- Alamata Generator Hospital

Inverter charger and battery backup system.

3. Maternity Ward - Generator Alamata Hospital

Inverter charger and battery backup system.

4. Merewa Health Center

Solarization of the health centre, approximately 50 km from Alamata Town.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must have:

Valid business/trade license, VAT registration and TIN certificate.

Demonstrated experience in solar PV, inverter charger and battery backup system supply and installation.

At least three (3) client references/testimonies for similar projects, with each project valued at ETB 2 million or above.

Technical and Financial Capacity to undertake supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training and after-sales technical support.

Submission Requirements

1 Original + 1 Copy of the Technical Proposal.

1 Original + 1 Copy of the Financial Proposal.

Technical and financial proposals must be sealed separately in wax-sealed envelopes and placed inside one outer wax-sealed envelope.

Envelope must clearly indicate the bidder's legal name, address. legal stamp, tender reference, and project title.
