ማሳሰቢያ፡- ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን online በመሙላት በተጨማሪ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ዋናዉ ግቢ በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 214 ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ በጨረታዉ ላይ አለመግባባት ቢኖር በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጡ መስፈርቶች እና በፌዴራል መንግሥት የግዥ አፈፃፀም በመመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 ዉሳኔ የሚሰጥ ይሆናል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ ማናኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ቀደም ብሎ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን መላክ የሚኖርበት ሲሆን፤ጨረታዉ ከተከፈተ ከአንድ ስዓት ቆይታ በኃላ ለሚመጣ Private Key ተቀባይነት አይኖረዉም:: ተመሳሳይ እቃዎች ላይ የተለያየ ወጋ መሰጠት አይቻልም፤ ሰጥቶ ከተገኘም ዝቅተኛዉን ዋጋ የሚያዝ ይሆናል::
