Qualification Requirements

• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2
• supplier list Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7 Reference: ITB 35.2
• Nationality Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 35.2

ኦሪጂናል ሲ.ፒ.ኦ/ጋራንቲ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጅ ኢንስቲትዩት ግቢ ግዥ ቢሮ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ያሸነፉትን እቃዎች በውሉ መሠረት በወሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡የአሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃዎች ተቀባይነት የሚኖረው ድርጅቱ ሳንፕል በማምጣት በጥራት አረጋጋጭ ተቀባይነት ሲኖር ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡የመክፈቻ ሚስጥር ቁጥር ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
