1. የጨረታ አሸናፊዎች ዕቃዎችን እስከ ኮምቦልቻ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 2. አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት Genuine የሆኑ እቃዎችን ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡ 3. የማንዋል ደረሰኝ ተጠቃሚዎች Unique QR Code የተካተተበት የማንዋል ደረሰኝ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ 4. እቃዎችን ለማቅረብ ዉል መግባት የሚችል 5. ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡ 6. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ቅርንጫፍ ፅ/ቤቱ ድረስ ጥራት ያላቸዉን ናሙናዎች ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል 7. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
