አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር ኮምቦልቻ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት: የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ CPO ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል መቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፤ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በምታመጡበት ወቅት ለ5ቱም ዕቃዎች አንዳንድ ናሙና እንዲታመጡ እየጠየቅን ናሙና ያላመጣ ከውድድር የሚሰረዝ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ቁልፍ ጨረታው ሲከፈት መላክ ይኖርባቸዋል፤ መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ/በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
