ድርጅታችን በሀገር መከላከያ ሚኒስቴር የሎጀስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ የግዥ ቡድን ሲሆን፣ የተለያዩ የስራ ልብስ ቱታዎችን ለመግዛት የኢ-ጂፒ (EGP) ግልጽ ጨረታ አውጥቷል። በመሆኑም በጨረታው የሚሳተፉ ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት አለባቸው፦ 1. ተጫራቾች የሚያሸንፉትን ዕቃ በራሳቸው የመጓጓዣ አገልግሎት ወደ መከ/ሎጀስቲክስ መልካ ቃሊቲ ግ/ቤት የማድረስ ኃላፊነት አለባቸው። 2. ተጫራቾች የCPO የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ኦሪጅናል ሰነድ እና የተለያዩ የስራ ልብስ ቱታዎች ናሙናዎችን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት ማቅረብ አለባቸው። 3. የናሙና ማቅረቢያ ቦታ፦ መከ/ሎጀስቲክስ መልካ ቃሊቲ ግ/ቤት ነው። 4. ተጫራቾች ከአምስት (5) ድርጅቶች ጋር በተሳካ ሁኔታ ስራ መፈጸማቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የአፈጻጸም ማስረጃ (Performance Certificate/Reference) ማቅረብ መቻል አለባቸው። 5. ተጫራቾች የአምራችነት ፈቃድ (Manufacturer’s License) (Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter) ማቅረብ መቻል አለባቸው። 6. የስራ ልብስ ቱታዎች በአስቸኳይ የሚያስፈልጉ በመሆናቸው፣ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ዕቃዎች የሚያስፈልጉ የመስሪያ ጥሬ ዕቃዎች በክምችት ውስጥ ያሉአቸው መሆን እና የውል ፊርማ ከተፈረመበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተገለጸው የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ ውስጥ በሙሉ ማስረከብ መቻል አለባቸው። 7. አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች በተጠቀሰው ቀናት ውስጥ ዕቃውን ማስረከብ ካልቻለ የውል ጊዜ አሳልፎ ገቢ ከደረገ በየቀኑ 0.001 እየተሰላ ላሳለፉት ቀናት የሚቀጡ ይሆናል፡፡ 8. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (CPO) ስካን ተደርጎ ከጨረታ ሰነዶቹ ጋር በኢ-ጂፒ (EGP) ሲስተም ላይ መጫን አለበት። 9. ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩባቸውን የስራ ልብስ ቱታዎች ዝርዝር መግለጫ (Specifications) በተገለጸው መስፈርት መሰረት በኢ-ጂፒ (EGP) ሲስተም ላይ ሞልተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው። 10. በቀረበው ማንኛውም ናሙና ላይ የተጫራቹን ድርጅት ማንነት የሚገልጽ ምልክት፣ አርማ (Logo) ወይም ሌላ መለያ ካለበት፣ ተጫራቹ ከውድድሩ ይሰረዛል። 11. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪ-ኮድ ሼር ማድረግ ያለባቸው ሲሆን በወቅቱ ሼር ያላደረገ ተጫራች ለሚፈጠረው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 12. የሐሰት ወይም ትክክለኛ ያልሆነ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ማቅረብ ከጨረታው ውድድር እንዲሰረዝ ያደርጋል፤ እንዲሁም የማጭበርበር ወንጀል በመፈጸም ህጋዊ ተጠያቂነትን ሊያስከትል ይችላል። 13. ተጫራቾች የProduction Breakdown Schedule (የምርት ዝርዝር የጊዜ ሰሌዳ) በተወሰነው የጊዜ ገደብ ውስጥ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው። 14. ድርጅታችን ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱን የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
