1. ተቋሙ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት አገልግት በተፈለገዉ ጥራትና ደረጃ እንዲሁም በአገልግሎቱ ዝርዝር መግለጫ መሰረት ይሆናል፡፡ 3. ጨረታውን መሙላት ያለበት ባቱ/ዙዋይ ከተማ ያለ ተወዳዳሪ ብቻ ነው፡፡፡፡ 4. አገልግሎቱ የሚሰጠው ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተለያየ ዙር ለሚያካሄደው ስልጠናእና እንግዶች በተወከለው የዩኒቨርሲቲው አካል በሚሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ይሆናል፡፡
