ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለባህር ዳር የተሰራ(Bid Security) ብር 200,000.00 (ሁለት መቶ ሺህ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናው በአካል ባህር ዳር ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጎን 3ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 306 ግዥ ክፍል በሚገኘው ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ቢሮ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ማንኛውም ተጫራች ዋጋ ለሰጠበት ዕቃ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች /አሸናፊ ድርጅት እቃዉን በራሱ ወጪ ጭኖ ባህርዳር ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ::
