1. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ (CPO) ወይም ቢድቦንድ (BID BOND) በአካል ኦርጅናሉን የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ እና የዋስትናው የብር መጠን ተካቶ የጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ዋናው ግቢ (ደሴ) ድረስ ማምጣት አለባቸው፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉትን እቃ በውላቸው መሰረት እቃውን ዩኒቨርስቲ ድረስ በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት በማምጣት እና በሚመለከተው የቴክኒክ ባለሞያ ሲረጋገጥ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ለንብረት ክፍል ማስረከብ አለባቸው፡፡ 3. ዩኒቨርስቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 4. የሚያያዙ ዶክመንቶች በሚመለከታቸው ቦታ መያያዝ ያለባቸው፤ ዶክመነቶች ግልፅና የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
