• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• Warranty Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 35.4
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2

መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ሁሉም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን በሶፍት ኮፒ ሲስተም ላይ አታች ያደረጉትን ሀርድ ኮፒ በአካል መስሪያቤቱ ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት፡፡ ከጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የሚቀርበው የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ዋስትና የተሰጠበትን የገንዘብ መጠን በመጥቀስ ማህበራቱን ባደራጃቸው መ/ቤት በበላይ ኃላፊ የተፈረመ መሆን አለበት፡ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ለሁሉም እቃ ሳንፕል ማቅረብ አለባቹ
