መስራቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ጨረታው ሳይከፈት በፊት የተጠየቀዉን ናሙና እና የጨረታ ማስከበርያ ወይም CPO እስከ መስሪያቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ማምጣት አለበት። ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ጨረታው ተዘክተዉ በ 60 ደቂቃ ዉስጥ private key number ሼር ማድረግ አለበት። የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማስተማሪያ ሆስፒታል ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ አድርጎ ክፍያዉን ይቀበላል።
